For example, I had an open permit that was over 10 years old. She researched and closed the permit in order for me to have a smooth closing of the house. As another example, the homeowners association required me to trim a tree that would have cost approximately $1000. She informed them that the tree was on common ground and therefore I wasn't responsible for trimming it. She save me plenty of money and got me an excellent price for the house.
